Ladies finger fry is one of the common and very basic fry recipe from Tamil Nadu . This ladies finger fry can be made in different method . This is one of the quickest and easy method .

* Step 1

Rinse and wipe dry all the ladies finger with a clean kitchen towel. Then slice the Ladies finger to thin 0.5 inches. Keep aside.Heat oil in a large pan over medium -high heat until hot but not smoking. Sprinkle in mustard and urad dal mix when the seed sizzle and pop.quickly add dry red chilli and curry leaves.

Cook stirring, until very fragrant, about 1minute, Then add lady’s finger increase heat to medium and cook stirring often, until the goo or mucilage from the lady’s finger starts to release and add onion and salt. Cook stirring continuously until the lady’s finger is look very well fry, 6 to 10 minutes more.once the lady’s finger cooked transfer the plate serve with rice or chappathi.
