Gajar Halwa with vanilla custard mousse

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Put ghee in a pan. Add the grated carrots in the ghee and saute for 2 to 3 minutes.
* Step 2
Pour milk and keep cooking till the milk has reduced.
* Step 3
Now add the crushed cardamom poda, sugar along with few chopped almonds and cook for some more time.
* Step 4
Now take a ring mould and add a later of gajar halwa at the base.
* Step 5
For the custard boil 1/2 cup of milk. Now mix the custard powder in little water and pour it in the boiling milk. Stir continuously to avoid lumps and till it turns into a thick paste.
* Step 6
Now add a little sugar in the custard and then pour it over the gajar halwa later. Garnish it with some chopped almonds.
* Step 7
Refrigerate the dessert for 30 minutes and then demould it.Serve chilled.
