Russian Salad

#ATW This is an easy to make salad with just a few ingredients.The flavour and texture of Russian Salad is quite different from other salads as it uses par boiled vegetables rather than raw ones.Combining par boiled veggies and dressing them in mayonnaise and fresh cream adds to its lusciousness.Tis salad tastes best when served chilled.

Ingredient

1/2 cup

mayonnaise

2 tbsp

fresh cream

As Per Taste

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Add the parboiled vegetables in a bowl. Add the mayonnaise and fresh cream and mix well. Add the salt and the freshly ground pepper.

Transfer to a serving bowl and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
