Honey walnut shrimps

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Take the shrimps in a bowl. Add a pinch of salt and set aside.
* Step 2
Add the sugar in a pan. Add 1 cup of water and 1 tbsp of honey. Now add the walnuts in the sugar mixture and let it cook till it caramelize. Remove from pan and let it cool down.
* Step 3
Now mix mayonnise, condensed milk, honey and lemon juice in a bowl. The dressing is ready. Keep aside.
* Step 4
Now mix cornflour and two egg whites. Now mix the shrimps in this batter.The shrimps are ready to be fried.
* Step 5
Now heat oil in a wok.Once hot, fry the caramelized walnuts. Remove from oil and set aside. Now deep fry the battered shrimps in the same oil.Once crisp remove from oil and set aside.
* Step 6
Now add the fried shrimps and walnuts in the prepared dressing.Honey walnut shrimp is ready to serve. Serve hot with steamed white rice or sticky rice.
