Onion chopped

ketchup

3-4 tbsp

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Wash and cut cauliflower

Make batter with all the batter ingredients

Dip one by one cauliflowers and deep fry

Fry until crispy and light golden brown. Set aside

In other pan heat oil, saute onion with ginger garlic paste until transparent

Mix all the sauces, cube and brown sugar togethers in a separate bowl then add in onion mixture

Coat all the fried cauliflower in this gravy

Garnish with green onion and served with vegetable rice.
