Moist layered Chocolate Cake

Ingredient

Food ration :

Cooking time :

60-75 minutes
2 cups

sugar

2 tsp.

baking soda

pinch

salt

1 cup

milk

1 cup

hot water

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Preheat oven to 180 degrees Centigrade and grease pan.

* Step 2

Made 1 cup HOT brewed coffee (1 tsp. of instant coffee mixed in a 1 cup of hot water), set aside

* Step 3

In a bowl, mix together all the dry ingredients.

* Step 4

Create a well in the center and add all the rest of the ingredients except coffee. Mix well until combined and then add the hot coffee. Mix once again

* Step 5

Pour into greased pans

* Step 6

Bake in the oven 45 minutes or until a skewer comes out just clean. Cool on a wire rack.

* Step 7

Frost with Whipped Cream or ButterCream as u like, rest for couple of minutes in fridge, when cool serve chilled
