Chatpati Masala Kaleeji (Spicy Liver)

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Soak kaleeji for couple of minutes in vinegar water (almost 5 minutes)

* Step 2

Wash, remove skin carefully & cut into small pc & put in a strainer for minimum 15 minutes

* Step 3

Meanwhile blend tomatoes with 5-6 green chilli, set aside

* Step 4

Heat oil, sauté ginger garlic paste then add blended tomatoes mixture bhunofy

* Step 5

Add kaleeji and stir fry on high flame, then after a minute then add 1/4 cup of water with all seasoning (except salt, kasuri meethi & garam masala)

* Step 6

Add yogurt and keep bhunofy

* Step 7

Lastly add garam masala & kasuri meethi mix it well Before serving Squeeze lemon juice & garnish with remaining green chilli & fresh coriander Enjoy

* Step 8

Note: Please don’t over cooked else ur kaleeji become hard.
