Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Firstly wash meethi 3-4 times, then cut it
Heat oil, add cumin, garlic & whole red chilli, fry until garlic turns into golden brown (save half garlic & keep aside)
* Step 2
Then add meethi & palak mix it well & cover for 2 minutes. After 2 min saag/bhaaji release its water then add brinjal & potatoes with seasoning
Keep cooking almost 10 minutes.
* Step 3
In the end add green chillies, kasori meethi & mix it well cover & turn off the flame.
* Step 4
Before serving add fried (golden brown) garlic on top with butter.
