Tinde ki sabji

Tasty tinde made with spices is one of the best option for healthy food,Prepared different style in different region,Here I prepared with Maharashtrian style, #SSP

1/2 t.sp.

dhania,

1,1/2 t,sp.

mirchi powder

1/2 t. sp.

jeera,

1 tb. sp.

grated khopra

2 t,sp.

jaggery.

1 tb. sp.

oil,

1/2 t.sp.

rai.

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Peel tinde, potato,& cut into pieces

* Step 2

Cut onions into pieces.Saute onions, ginger garlic, jeera,khuskhus & grated khopra in 1 t.sp. oil then grind it

* Step 3

In pan add oil, rai. Add tinde, ground masala, haldi, mirchi powder, salt, kitchen king masala, dhania powder

Cook till done.Add tamarind pulp, jaggery.Cook 2-3 minutes.
