Cooking instructions

* Step 1

In bowl add onion, tomato.Add salt. Keep 5 minutes.

Add Poha. Mix properly so moisture of onion makes poha soft.

* Step 3

In small tadka pan add oil, rai. Add peanuts. Saute 2-3 minutes.Add mirchi powder.

Pour on poha. Mix well.Spread roasted papad. Garnish with coriander.
