Make tight dough of maida, salt, oil.Keep aside.

In pan add 1 tb. spoon. oil, jeera, green chilies, curry leaves.Add mirchi, dhania, aamchur powder.
* Step 3
Add potatoes, salt.Mix well. Add coriander.
* Step 4
Take one ball of dough. Roll roti.Cut in between
* Step 5
Take one part.Make triangle.Stuff mixture.
* Step 6
Press all sides with the help of water.
