Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Khopra roast on slow flame till it change colour.

* Step 2

Khaskhas roast on tawa in 1/2 t. spoon. oil.Add to khopra. Add sugar when khopra cools.

* Step 3

In plate mash ghee & add rice. Mske a paste

* Step 4

Rava, maida, oil knead dough.

* Step 5

Made 3 equal rotis.Apply paste on each roti.

* Step 6

Keep one by one.Keep one by one.Roll it all tightly together.Cut it into pieces.Roll one piece. Stuff mixture. Give karanji shape. Fry on slow flame.
