Nihari

#mentor ship #load shading plan #life saver Nihari is a deliciously smooth flour based stew with slow cooked mutton or beef and a myriad of spices. This beef nihari recipe takes ~4 hours to cook but it’s easy to put together. To get the best flavour, the beef is cooked on very low heat for upto 4 hours. This is not my first attempt of making this famous Pakistani dish and just to avoid any disaster I have made it with packet masala. I hope you like this super easy and basic recipe💕
