One of the most wanted meal of my family is the meal having gravy in it, I have three kids Masha Allah and a kid of my mil too (husband) all they love gravy to dip their rotis in so all the gravy dishes are loved by them
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Chop the mince ingredients together in a chopper and let it for some rest in fridge
chop all the stuffing ingredients and then make balls from mince mixture and fill the stuffing in center make balls neat without any cracks
* Step 2
In 1/2 cup oil add onions and fry till golden. Take them out and let them cool.
In a blender take yoghurt and these fried onions and blend it.
* Step 3
In the same oil add garlic paste (or chopped) and sauté it.
Now add that blended mixture and the sabat garam masala, red chili powder, salt and braise it.
* Step 4
Add 3 glasses of water, when it boils on medium heat, add the koftas you made and cook covered.
* Step 5
Cover and keep checking. When the water is about to dry add Nutmeg and mace powder bhoonify well and low the flame.
* Step 6
Now add half glass or 1 glass of water for gravy (shorba) when it simmers sprinkle, garam masala powder and give dum for 5 mins
