turmeric powder

red chili powder

As per taste

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

First rinse and then chop the tomatoes, ginger and green chili

* Step 2

Heat oil in a pan. Add mustard seeds and crackle them.

Add the chopped tomatoes.

When done, add the sev and boil for a while.
