Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Wash and Cut potato and French beans into slices,or in a shape you want to cut it.Pressure cook for 4 whistle and cool it.
* Step 2
Now take a kadai and put oil in it. Now add bay leaf and cumin seeds,crackle it.Now add all dry in it.
* Step 3
Now make a onion paste and tomato puree.
* Step 4
Now add onion paste and tomato puree in it.Cook for till gravy thick.
* Step 5
Now add boil French beans and potatoes. Cook for a while,than add fresh malai and mix well and cook for 1 min.
* Step 6
This curry is ready to serve and garnish with chopped coriander leaves.
