Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Heat oil in a kadhai add1btsp refined oil then add chopped onion
* Step 2
Then add half tsp mustard seeds,1tsp cumin seeds and pinch of hing.
* Step 3
Then add boiled potatoes and roast in a medium to low flame.
* Step 4
Then add dried masalas,salt as per taste and dried kasuri methi
* Step 5
Roast in a low meduim flame.
* Step 6
It's ready to serve and garnish with coriander leaves.
