Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Take one utensil and put curd in it. Then blend the curd nicely. Then sieve the besan and mix it in the curd. Then put little water in the middle and mix it nicely.

* Step 2

Then add in this same utensil baking soda, salt, turmeric, sugar, and oil and mix them. Now put the cap of the utensil for 10 mins

* Step 3

Then take the dhokla batter and eno in it. Now put one spoon of water in it and blend it nicely.

* Step 4

Then take the mold and put oil around it. Then put the mold in it and put it in the microwave for 3-4 minutes. Now khaman dhokla is ready.

* Step 5

Now for making the tadka - Take one fry pan and put oil to let it get hot. Then put mustard seeds, green chili, curry leaves in it. Add salt, sugar, and lemon juice and mix them. Now boil them.

* Step 6

Now put this tadka in the cupcake dhokla. Cupcake dhokla is ready. Sprinkle red chili powder
