Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Take a bowl,add suji,curd,water as per required, salt,mix all together, keep aside for 1 hour,however, if the batter appears too thick, add some water. grind to a smooth batter.
* Step 2
Brush idli moulds with oil. Pour the batter in the idli moulds.
* Step 3
Additionally, place the idli stand in the steamer containing with some boiling water.
* Step 4
Now take tadka pan,add oil,green chilli,mustard seeds,add mini idli,mix well,garnish with red chilli powder
