Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Soaked chickpea overnight in water.pressure cook for 7-8 whistles on medium flame.,add tea bag in chickpeas for black colour. Now take a mixer jar add onion and ginger garlic and green chilli and make a paste.Than again take a mixer jar add 2 tomatoes and make a paste.
* Step 2
Firstly, in a pan heat oil.
* Step 3
Now add all masala and saute for few seconds than add tomatoes paste and saute till they start releasing oil.
* Step 4
Then add soaked chickpea. make sure to soak chickpea overnight.
* Step 5
Mix well and garnish coriander leaves.
