Mix vegetable Suji pancake

Ingredient

Semolina cup

to taste

Salt

As required

Carrot(chopped)

2 tablespoons

French beans(chopped)

2 pinches

Pepper powder

2 tbsp

oil

1/2 tsp

cumin seeds

1/2 tsp

1/2 tsp

baking soda

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Take a bowl and add semolina, yogurt, salt, little water and mix nicely. Keep aside for 1/2 an hour. Now take a pan heat the pan put oil in it and add mustard, cumin seeds and teel,spluttered it, than add all veggies and saute untill all veggies become soft, now add salt,turmeric powder, black pepper powder mix well and saute for a minute.

* Step 2

Now mix all veggies in suji batter, add coriander leaves and baking powder and mix well.Now take a pan. Sprinkle little oil on tawa and pour a ladleful of batter on it.

* Step 3

Suji pancake is ready to serve. Cut into triangle shape and serve hot with green chutney or ketchup.
