Sayote Leaves Salad
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Wash properly the sayote leaves then boil it until half done.But if ypu want softer boil it longer.Drain and soak in ice water and leave it.Boil the salted egg
* Step 2
In a bowl combine pepper vinegar lemon juice fish sauce or salt and shallots.Mix it properly.Drain the sayote leaves and arrange in a plate.Slice tomatoes.Pour the sauce and add tomatoes.Mix well until properly combined.Slice the salted egg for topping then serve.
