Spinach Pesto Pasta
This is a delicious vegetarian pasta recipe which is packed with flavour of spinach peanuts and herbs.

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Boil water in a pan. Add salt and 1 tsp oil. Add bow tie pasta in it. Boil till the pasta is 80 percent cooked. Drain the water and keep it aside.
* Step 2
Heat olive oil in a pan. Add tomatoes. Cook for 1-2 minutes. Take it out from the pan.
* Step 3
In a mixture jar put blanched spinach, garlic cloves, peanuts and olive oil. Grind to make a smooth paste.
* Step 4
Heat oil in the same pan. Add pasta. Cook for few minutes. Add spinach pesto and salt. Mix well.
* Step 5
Now add the mixed herbs and fresh cream then mix well.
* Step 6
Add grated cheese and black pepper. Mix well.
* Step 7
Add cooked tomatoes. Cook for a minute. Switch off the flame. Transfer them to a serving plate and serve immediately.
