Seviyan Kheer/Vermicelli Kheer
The seviyan Kheer is a delicious Indian dessert. It is very creamy, rich and thick pudding which is made by boiling milk, sugar and vermicelli.

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Heat ghee in a pan. Add chopped dry fruits. Fry for one minute and take it out from the pan.
* Step 2
In the same ghee add one cup broken seviyan or vermicelli. Stir continuously, roast them on low to medium flame. When they are golden brown in colour then take it out from the pan.
* Step 3
In the same pan pour one lit full cream milk. Boil it. Simmer the flame on medium heat. Add seviyan.
* Step 4
Stir occasionally so that the milk or seviyan does not stick to the bottom of the pan. Cook for 4-5 minutes.
* Step 5
Now add sugar. Mix well so that the sugar dissolves.
* Step 6
Add saffron and mix well. After that add some chopped dry fruits and cardamom powder. Mix well.
* Step 7
Cook the kheer for 3-4 minutes, till the seviyan get cooked and the milk thickened and it looks creamy.
* Step 8
Now switch off the flame transfer the kheer in serving bowls. Garnish with dry fruits. Serve hot or chilled.
