Three Types of Green Chutney
This green chutney recipe is the best chutney you will ever try. It goes so well with pakoras, kebabs, samosas, cutlets, or even as a spread on sandwiches.

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
In a blender jar add coriander leaves, mint leaves, green chili, ginger, garlic, and lemon juice. Blend to a fine puree. Add little water if required.
* Step 2
Now add salt, black salt, and chat masala. Mix well. The basic chutney is ready.
* Step 3
Now take a bowl. Take three tbsp of green chutney. Add 3 tbsp of curd. Mix well. Add salt if needed. The second chutney is ready.
* Step 4
Now in a bowl take 3 tbsp of green chutney. Add 3 tbsp of mayonnaise. Mix it nicely. Add salt, and black salt. Mix properly. The third chutney is ready.
* Step 5
Now take three shot glasses. Pour three types of green chutney and Serve.
