Jeera Aloo
It is a typical vegetarian dish that is served with hot puris or chapatti. It is made with potato, cumin seed, coriander seed and coriander leaves.

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
In a pan dry roast cumin seed till golden in colour. Transfer this to a bowl. Dry roast the coriander seed till golden. Make a coarsely powder in a mixer jar.
* Step 2
Heat ghee in a pan. Add one tsp cumin seed. Saute for a few second.
* Step 3
Add potato cubes. Cook for 2-3 minutes on medium flame.
* Step 4
Now add crushed cumin seed, coriander seed, mango powder, chat masala and salt. Mix well. Cook for 2-3 minutes.
* Step 5
Now switch the flame off. Add chopped coriander leaves and chopped green chilli. Mix well. Serve hot and garnish with coriander sprig.
