Maggi Vada

A mouthwatering tea time snack recipe that everyone can enjoy it.

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Chop all the vegetables. In a mixer grinder take two packets of Maggi. Grind it coarsely.

In a bowl take all-purpose flour, cornflour, black pepper and salt. Mix it. Make a thick batter with water and keep it aside.

Boil one packet of Maggi. In a mixing bowl, add boiled maggi, mashed potato, chopped onion, chopped capsicum, chopped carrot, chopped beans, bread crumb, grated ginger garlic, curry patta, chopped green chilli, salt, maggi masala and coriander leaves. Mix well. Knead like a dough.

* Step 4

Make small balls from the dough. Press it in your palm and make a hole in centre. Shape it like a vada.

Dip it in the cornflour mixture. Coat it in crushed maggi.

* Step 6

Heat oil in a Karachi. Deep fry the vadas until crispy and golden in colour. Serve it with tomato sauce.
