Tandoori Gobhi

Tandoori Gobhi is a delicious spicy baked cauliflower floret dish that can be enjoyed as a starter or snack. #GA4 #week24 #Cauliflower

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Blanched the florets in boiled water for five minutes. Drain the water and cool it.

In a bowl take curd, besan, coriander powder, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, garam masala powder, mustard oil, kasuri methi, lemon juice and salt. Mix well and make a smooth paste.

Add the blanched cauliflower and mix well. Rest it for half an hour.

* Step 4

Now take wooden skewer. Arrange the florets in wooden skewer. Put it in the preheated oven. Roast it for 20- 25 minutes on 200 degree Celsius. Now flip it and grill it for 20 minutes again. Until it is fully roasted. Serve it with tandoori dip.
