Mixed Veg pickle

The crunchy and spicy pickle is prepared with fresh carrot, radish, cauliflower and green chilli with some spices. #pickle

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

In a pan dry roast mustard seed, cumin seed, fenugreek seed and coriander seed for two minutes. Switch the flame off. Cool the masala and coarsely ground the masala in a mixer jar.

* Step 2

In a pan heat mustard oil. Heat over high flame until it starts smoking. Add chopped green chilli. After a few second add carrot, radish and cauliflower and saute.

* Step 3

Add salt, turmeric powder and red chilli powder. Add carom seed. Cook on a medium flame for 2-3 minutes.

* Step 4

Now add 3 tbsp of powdered masala and amchoor powder. Mix well. Cook for two minutes. Switch the flame off.

* Step 5

Pour the pickle in jar. Now it is ready to serve.
