Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Boil the chana in a cooker for 7-8 whistles or fully cooked. Now switch off the flame and let the chana cool.

* Step 2

In a bowl take boiled chana. Add chopped onion, chopped tomatoes, ginger, chat masala, black salt, coriander powder, red chilli powder, roasted cumin powder, green chilli, mint leaves and coriander leaves. Add lemon juice. Mix well.

* Step 3

Serve it in a plate garnish with chopped coriander leaves and sliced lemon.
