Paratha For Paratha Rolls /Wraps๐ŸŒฏ

This is the easiest recipe for parathas which everyone can make easily at home.Very soft parathas you can easily wrap it will not tear up while wrapping or rolling.Now stop purchasing ready made parathas and do give it a try.

Ingredient

Food ration :

6-8 servings

Cooking time :

30 minutes

sugar

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Add sifted flour in a bowl/dish make a space in the centre. Add salt sugar

Add some luke water and mix well until salt and sugar dissolves. Now knead with water. Add water gradually as needed.

* Step 3

Knead for 5 to 8 minutes then apply oil on the top. Cover with cling or plastic sheet and rest for 40 to 45 minutes.

* Step 4

Dust with dry flour and make 8 small balls. If you want large then make 5-6. Now take the first one ball and roll a flat bread with rolling pin.

Apply some ghee dust flour cut from one side and roll it. Make a ball again.

Make all the balls with same method. Set aside and rest for 15 minutes.

* Step 7

Now roll it again and cook on a heated tawa. Apply half teaspoon ghee and flip it over.Dont fully cook the parathas. just half cook and remove from heat.
