Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Dry roast the cumin coriander and pepper corns cool down and crush.keep aside

Add coriander onions green chillies and ginger garlic paste and blend.

Now add boneless chicken and spices and gram flour

Blend again properly. Transfer to a mixing bowl. Rest for 10 minutes. Grease your hands take out some mixture and shape it up.

I made long seekh kabab shape you can shape in your favourite shape. Make 24 -25. Keep in the fridge.

Heat oil in a clay wok and add onions. Sautefor 2 minutes then add ginger garlic paste. Fry for 2 minutes.

Add tomato puree cook until oil seperates. Add spices.

Add all spices fry for 2 minutes the add whisked yoghurt.

Cook for 2 minutes add green chillies and 1 glass water let it boil

Add kababs carefully. Dont stir. Add masala and coriander.Cover and cook for 5 minutes.

Now stir in and cover it again to cook 10 to 12 minutes on low flame. Dish it out.

Enjoy with naan paratha chapati or rice.
