#crl #ambassador I always try to make unique and yummy snacks especially in ramadan.This time tried out ghese finger licking good bread pockets for iftar today. My whole family just lived it especailly my neices and nephew became fans of bread pockets. 🥰😅 Cripsy from the outside and yummy loaded with chicken and veggies from inner side.

Ingredient

Food ration :

6-7 servings

Cooking time :

30 minutes

mayo

1 tsp

salt

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

In a mixing bowl add mayo and spices and chicken powder.Give a good mix.

Add chicken and veggies

Mix properly. Set aside.

To make Bread Pockets, first roll bread slices gently with a rolling pin to flatten. Cut in cirvles with a cookie cutter or cup removing the edges.Use the bread crust to prepare fresh breadcrumbs.

Roll again. Take 2 circles Apply water on edges and ceal them with hands. Make 8-9 pockets.

Dip the circles in a beaten egg.Coat these circles in breadcrumbs.

* Step 7

Deep fry in hot oil. They'll puff up and remove once it turns golden brown.

Slice the bread disc in half to obtain pockets.Or you can slit into half from the front.

Add a spoonful of filling
