Ingredient

Cooking instructions

In a mixing bowl add gram flour salt turmeric powder cumin and carom seeds mix

Gradullay add water and whisk for 2 to 3 minutes

Now add baking powder mix well

Cover and rest for 20 minutes.

Heat oil and take a spoon with large holes. Pour some mixture on it and make boondi.

Fry until golden brown.

Drain out and let them cool down completly. Store in a airtight conatainer for upto 2 weeks.
