Veg Noodle Pakora๐Ÿ๐Ÿœ๐Ÿฑ

Veg Noodle Pakora is one fusion snack recipe that is made with either fresh or leftover maggi noodles. The noodles when mixed with various vegetables and flavored with tastemaker and spices makes for an amazing crunchy munchy snack that is loved by kids the most. #cpl #zafran

Ingredient

maggi

1 pack

taste maker

3/4 cup

water

1 tsp

gg paste

1/2 tsp

chat masala

1/4 tsp

carom seeds

3/4 cup

gram flour

1/4 cup

rice flour

1 pinch

baking soda

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

In a large mixing bowl take, 1 cup cabbage, 1 onion, ยฝ capsicum and 2 tbsp spring onion. also add ginger garlic paste, chilli, ยฝ tsp chilli powder, ยฝ tsp chaat masala, ยผ tsp ajwain, cumin coriander,maggi taste maker, baking soda and salt. further add ยพ cup besan and rice flour.

* Step 2

Boil maggi noodles for 2 mimutes and set aside

* Step 3

Now add in prepared maggi.and make a mixture by adding water gradually. mix gently without breaking them.

Pinch a small ball sized mixture and drop in hot oil. stir occasionally, frying on medium flame until the pakoda turns golden and crisp.

* Step 5

Finally, enjoy veg maggi pakora recipe with tomato sauce and green chutney.
