Spicy Potato Wraps Recipe makes an interesting flavourful light lunch. The potatoes are pan roasted with spices which brings out a beautiful flavour to the dish. A yummy mayo dressing is used with crunchy veggies to further enhance the dish.I used whole wheat wraps

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Heat oil in a pan add ginger garlic paste saute for 1 minute then add mashed potatoes
* Step 2
Fry for 3 to 4 minutes on medium flame add all spices and green chillies keep aside
* Step 3
Let it cool down then add mint n coriander leaves
* Step 4
Take a wrap on a plate. Apply some mayo Place prepared potatoes on it.
Keep some shredded cabbage onions coriander and squeeze lemon over it
* Step 5
Add some tomato sauce.
Now, roll very tightly. make all wraps and cut into half.
* Step 6
Serve hot with dressing and tomato sauce.
