#salgirahmubarak its my family favourite jam everyone love it and demands me to made this jam for them in every strawberry season๐Ÿ˜ Its an easy peasy recipe for fingerlicking homemade strawberry jam.

Ingredient

Food ration :

6-8 servings

Cooking time :

40-45 minutes
200 grams

red apples

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Grind some strawberries and all the red apples together to a smooth paste

* Step 2

Transfer the paste to a pan and add strawberries and caster sugar to it.

* Step 3

Turn the flame on and add the lemon juice. Cook for 4-5 minutes on a high flame. Mash the strawberries using a potato masher.

* Step 4

Cook on high flame stirring continuously for 15 minutes or until it reaches to 105ยฐC or 108ยฐC. Skim the precipitation off the jam and turn the flame off

* Step 5

Cool down to room temperature and then transfer to a sterilized jar.
