Panko is a Japanese-style bread crumb made from white bread without the crusts.
me n my dad love crispy and some light snacks I had a chicken fillet in the freezer so I tried this crispy panko chicken recipe and its came out just out of the world my dad just loved it.

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Pound chicken fillet one at a time in a resealable freezer bag, until about 1/2-inch thick.
* Step 2
Lightly beat egg in a shallow bowl.
* Step 3
Combine panko crumbs, salt, pepper, garlic powder and onion powder in a separate shallow bowl.
* Step 4
Dip chicken fillet in egg until coated, drip off excess and dip in panko mixture. Press chicken into crumbs until fully coated.
* Step 5
Heat oil in a pan on medium high heat.
Transfer chicken to pan and cook about 2 to 3 minutes per side or until chicken is brown, crispy and fully cooked.
* Step 6
Serve with fries and sauce.😋😍
