#andaykafunda a healthy yet yummy recipe of spanish omelette with a fusion of pakistani touch.Its my all time favourite anda recipe.You will love it😍

Ingredient

Food ration :

4-5 servings

1/2 tsp

cumin seeds

3-4 tbs

Oil

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Cut potatoes into very thinly slices sprinkle salt and mix well and sed aside

* Step 2

Cut onion and green chillies and set aside

* Step 3

In a mixing bowl crack eggs add salt black pepper chilli powder chilli flakes and whisk well keep aside

* Step 4

In wok heat up oil and add pototoes fry for 2-3 minutes

* Step 5

Add onions and green chillies fry until onion gets translucent then take out and add in egg mixture mix well

* Step 6

In a frying pan add oil and egg mixture spread evenly and cook for 2-3 minutes o low flame.cover and cook for more 2 minutes then flip it over and cook other side until done.Enjoy😍
