Today I tried this yummy omelette rcp by a fb friend from australia๐Ÿ˜‹I just added a minced garlic clove and some cumin seeds bcz I love it๐Ÿ˜‹ just loving this scrumptious tamatay andy ๐Ÿ˜ new entery in my fav breakfast listโค๐Ÿ’›๐Ÿ˜‹ very simple and quick egg rcp do give it a try you will love it too insha ALLAH๐Ÿ˜Š๐Ÿ‘

Ingredient

cumin seeds

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Crack 4 eggs into a mixing bowl and whisk well with milk and coriander

Heat oil in a pan and add minced garlic and cumin fry for 30 seconds then add chopped tomatoes along with salt, red chilli powder and turmeric.

Keep frying on a high flame until the oil separates and tomatoes are softened and cooked.

Turn the flame low and add the eggs to the tomatoes.

Cover with lid and let simmer on low flame for 10 minutes until the eggs are cooked.

Now turn on the upper grill of the oven at 200 degrees, uncover the pan, and place it in the oven. Keep the oven door open, this step is performed just to lightly golden brown the eggs and give them a little crisp. You can omit this step.

Sprinkle nigella seeds at the end and serve with bread/bun anything you like.
