Moist Chocolate Cake

#Cookwithzobia This moist cake is just out of the world😍 whenever I have to bake a moist cake I always try this and it comes out simply awesome.Very soft and yummy cake you will love it for sure.

Ingredient

Food ration :

6-8 servings

Cooking time :

35 minutes
1 3/4 cup

plain flour

3/4 cup

cocoa powder

1 1/2 tsp

baking powder

1 1/2 tsp

baking soda

1 tsp

salt

2 cup

sugar

1 cup

milk

1/2 cup

oil

1 cup

hot water

1 pinch

pink color

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C).

* Step 2

Lightly grease round cake pans with butter. Line base with parchment paper.

* Step 3

Sift together flour, cocoa, baking powder, baking soda and salt into a large bowl.

* Step 4

Whisk in sugar, then add eggs, milk, oil and vanilla. Whisk well to combine until lump free, about 30 seconds.

* Step 5

Pour boiling water into batter, mixing well. Cake batter is thin in consistency.

* Step 6

Pour batter into cake pans and bake for 30-35 minutes or until a wooden skewer inserted into the centre comes out clean.

* Step 7

Let cool for 10 minutes, then turn out onto wire rack to cool completely before frosting.

Beat whipped cream until gets double add pink color and pour it into a piping bag

* Step 9

Decorate your cake as you like and add choco chips on it. enjoy
