Shinwari krahi is my family's favourite specially in post eid days😍when I have to make a quick and yummy recipe of meat I preffer shinwari becuase it takes few ingredinets and tastes just awesome everytime.Very light and very lip smacking😋

* Step 1
Karahi me beef dal lein or pani garlic paste dal mr mix karein or low flame py cover kar ke cook karein
* Step 2
Meat gal jaye or gravy dry ho jaye to oil dal dein nmak kali mirch zeera dal kar mix karein
* Step 3
Tamater ko 4 slice me ya half cut lagake dal dein or 5 minute low flame py cook karein
* Step 4
Chilka utar jaye to phenk dein or chmach sy mash kar gravy bana lein hari mirchen b cut lagakar dal dein
* Step 5
Achy sy bhun jaye oil chor dy to gram msala dal dein or flame off kar dein
* Step 6
Dish out kar adrak sy garnish karein salad raita naan ya chapati ke sath serve karein
