Aloo qeema is my all time favourite dish.I love to have it with chapati naan paratha or rice.I made a platter for me with my fav alu qeema boiled rice and mint raita along with lasury ka achar and 1 bunch of grapes😋

* Step 1
Oil me sabat gram msala fry kar ke piaz fry karein ginger garlic paste dal kar fry karein or qeema dal dein
* Step 2
Color change ho jaye to tmater dahi nmak mirch haldi dhnia dal kar 10 minute low flame py cover kar ke cook karein
* Step 3
Ab aloo dal dein or 7 sy 8 minute mzid cook karein alu gal jayen or oil nikal eye to pisa gram msala dal dein
* Step 4
Hari mirchen dhania adrak dal ke serve karein
* Step 5
Platter me boil rice rakhen ali qeema or mint raita serve karein lasury ka achar or grapes rakhen or enjoy karein
