Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Gosht me hasb e zrurat pani dal lein garlic paste dal kr1 ghnta ya tender hony take low flame py pkayen ya pressure cooker me adha ghnta tender kar lein pani dry ho jaye

* Step 2

Karahi me oil dal lein or tender kiya hua meat dal dein namak kali mirch zeera dal dein

* Step 3

Tamater ko 4 slice kar ke dal dein or 5 minute low flame py cover kar ke cook karein

* Step 4

Chilky utar jayen gy phenk dein or tmater ko mash kar dein gravy ban jaye

* Step 5

Hari mirchon ko cut lagakar dal dein oil chor dy to pisa gram msala julian adrak hara dhnia dal dein

* Step 6

Dish out kar ke adrak hara dhnia or green chilli sy garnish karein
