Paneer Capsicum curry

#Jr3Medium spicy curry to be savoured with parathas or rotis A real treat for paneer lovers

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

In a pan heat some oil Add clove cinnamon garlic ginger chillies onion tomato cashew nuts dry Red chillies Saute till tomatoes soften Cool and grind into a fine paste Add curds while grinding Add salt red chilli powder turmeric powder dhanya jeera amchur powder garam Masala sugar Let it simmer well for 5_8 minutes Switch off gas

* Step 2

In a bowl add red chilli powder turmeric powder, jeera powder amchur powder kasuri methi Marinate the Paneer Capsicum and chopped onion in it Let it stay for 15 minutess

* Step 3

Take some more in the same pan Add the marinated capsicum and onion to it Once they are semi cooked Add the gravy that you have kept aside Now add the marinated paneer carefully so that you do not break it

* Step 4

Cover the pan with lid and let it cook for 5 to 10 minutes. Add fresh cream on top Remove in a serving bowl Garnish with kasuri methi and finely chopped coriander

* Step 5

Serve hot with paratha or chapatis
