Aloo Matar ki sabzi is a Punjabi dish from the Indian subcontinent which is made from potatoes and peas in a spiced creamy tomato based sauce. It is vegetarian dish. The sauce is generally cooked with ginger, garlic ,onion,tomatoes,coriander leaves and cumin seeds and other spices.This recipe is so simple yet delicious mostly in winter.so without wasting any time let’s head to kitchen and enjoy this simple recipe.👩🏻🍳

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Grind onion and tomato to paste.
* Step 2
In pressure cooker heat oil add panch phoron let it release the flavour to oil then add onion tomato paste and ginger garlic paste and later add all the dried spice powder (red chilli,turmeric,zeera,garam masala and black pepper powder).
* Step 3
Cook the masala on medium heat till it releases the oil then add potatoes and peas to masala sauté it well for 5 minutes,add kasuri methi,chopped coriander leaves and 2 cup water (or as per your consistency need).cover and pressure cook for 1 whistle. Off the heat and let cooker releases its pressure on its own.

Delicious Aloo Matar ki sabzi is ready to enjoy hot with puri,roti, paratha or even steamed rice.
