Kofta is a family of meatballs dishes found in South Asian ,south Caucasian,Middle Eastern,Balkanand Central Asian cuisine. In the simplest form koftas consist balls of minced meat usually beef,chicken,lamb or mutton mixed with spices and some other ingredients.Today I have came up with the chicken kofta curry recipe having mince chicken ,some herb and spices are used in it and cooked in gravy.very aromatic and delicious recipe it is definitely you are going to enjoy it.so without wasting any time let’s head to kitchen and start this simple yet delicious recipe.👩🏻🍳

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Prepare kofta : In chopper add chicken mince,onion,coriander leaves,green chillies,ginger garlic paste,red chilli powder,garam masala chop them all until well combined.
* Step 2
Grease your hand with oil,take mixture and make 12 to 15 meatballs/ kofta of equal size.
* Step 3
Now in a wok heat oil add whole garam masala (green cardamom,black cardamom,cloves and cinnamon stick),let it release its flavours to oil then add ginger garlic paste,onion paste,tomato paste and all the dry powder masala(red chilli powder,turmeric powder,garam masala,black pepper powder) and salt, give it a mix and add meatballs to the mixed masala in wok with light hand cover and cook on low heat for 10 minutes.
* Step 4
After 10 minutes sauté the koftas with very light hand and cook till oil releases from masala, now add water as per you you require gravy, sprinkle chopped coriander leaves cook for another 10 minutes on medium heat till oil get released.
* Step 5
Aromatic delicious chicken kofta curry is ready to enjoy with roti,paratha or rice. Enjoy it hot with family and friends
