Chicken lollipop is an appetiser or starter popular in indo- Chinese cuisine. Chicken lollipop is essentially a frenched chicken winglet,wherein the meat is cut loose from the bone end and pushed down creating a lollipop appearance. It is usually served hot with Szechuan sauce. My this chicken lollipop recipe is so easy to make and sole satisfying ,so without wasting any time let’s head to the kitchen and start making the starter.

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
On each chicken wing, push the meat down to one end.like this shape the wings to lollipop.
* Step 2
Now will do the first marinade to the chicken lollipop in a mixing bowl by adding in ginger garlic paste,soy sauce,hot red chilli sauce, green chilli sauce,vinegar,salt,red Kashmiri pepper powder,black pepper powder mix everything nicely and keep it for 15 minutes rest.
* Step 3
Next we will do the second round marination to the lollipop by add in the corn flour,all-purpose flour and egg, mix and coat it nicely all over the chicken lollipop.
* Step 4
Later we will deep fry the chicken lollipop one by one by holding its lollipop shape on medium hot oil.
* Step 5
Now in pan we will heat oil and add in the tomato ketchup and hot chilli garlic sauce mix it nicely,then add the fried chicken lollipop to the pan and mix nicely with the glazed sauce to make it more crispy and shiny.
* Step 6
Mouth watering chicken lollipop is ready to serve hot.enjoy with family and friends
