Bhuna gosht is a traditional Indian recipe of a delicious classic lamb/ goat meat .
The meat cooks in its own juices with some basic spices and onion which give the deep flavours. Cooking takes a little extra time but it’s worth it as the end result is a luscious rich ,slightly dry velvety gravy.

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
First of all slice onion nicely.
* Step 2
In a pressure cooker add mustard oil,heat it then add all whole garam masala, now add onion to the oil and sauté it till light golden.
* Step 3
Now add mutton,ginger garlic paste,and all dry powder spice (red chilli,black pepper) and salt to taste. Pressure cook it for 1 whistle.after one whistle off the flame and let pressure releases itself without disturbing.
* Step 4
Now open the lid of pressure cooker and roast on low heat/ flame till oil separates,it takes time but come out soo delicious.
* Step 5
Finally bhuna gosht is ready to serve, serve it with naan, roti or paratha.
