Authentic white sauce

The basic white sauce, also known as béchamel, is not just used in a variety of dishes—it's also the base for many other sauces. milk

200 ml

water

100 ml

cream

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

In a pan boil milk and water with onion,bay leaf. In another pan add butter and flour and cook for 2-3 minutes (flour should not get colour)

* Step 2

Add water and milk mixture with the help of a strainer and cook till sauce thickens. Add salt, pepper and cream. Very unique and authentic white sauce is ready.

You can use this in boiled vegetables or pasta. It will give a very creamy snd delicious taste.
